Totally agree, that is why we have followed free events for the last 8+ years, but what we have learned is that people like to pay for events. Events that have cost to them are usually more organized in general and have more perks like food. So you will probably start seeing a change over this year that we will also have events that cost money. We are open to feedback and thoughts.

$20 isn't much, but not sure with all the free meetups (tech/startup/dev) going on in Atlanta that I would pay.

Nope - not at all. In fact, the two are completely unrelated (IE8 and SharePoint) in terms of dependence and the only reason I put them together is I learned more about both at the Summit

A simple solution would be to move FindPOByID to a new class and include the POID in the constructor.

Assuming a classname of PObyID the code would then look like:

_purchaseOrders.Find(AddressOf new PObyID(POID).FindPOByID)
