Jonathan Coulton is a singer/songwriter releasing stuff to the public via his blog. He's releasing his music under the Creative Commons license, which enables people to take his work and include it in their own work, as long as they don't change his work and give him credit for his work.

I've not had a chance to listen to all of his stuff, but some of it is really funny. Check out the new DevCow theme song (unofficial)
